Full time, 40 hours
Candidate must be an experienced writer with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop, and InDesign. The Communications Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day public relations writing (press releases, speeches, special correspondence) and design needs (ads, posters, brochures, business cards, etc.).
He/she will assist the Director of Development, Community Relations, and Marketing in larger design projects as well as marketing efforts for all Miles organizations. He/she will also be trained to be an additional media contact for motor vehicle accidents, disasters, etc.
Bachelor'sdegree; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
