     Mercantile Realty, Inc. is a small Charleston, WV based commercial real esate brokerage company started in1991, engaged in commercial real estate services primarily in West Virginia and Virginia near I-81.  The company leases shopping centers, finds locations for retail tenants and real estate pad users as well as works with developers in acquiring sites for development.
      MRI looks for an Agent for commercial real estate brokerage.  Previous real estate experience is not required.  The applicant should have some knowledge of economics, be computer literate, as well as possess good communication skills, be able to work independently, possess maturity, and have an entrepreneurial bent.
