Description This position supports managers in their sales efforts by giving them as much freedom as possible from administrative and operational tasks. This position also entails providing Top Quality Customer Service; to foster and promote a team environment with their managers and their co-workers. Required Skills ·Excellent telephone and customer service skills. ·Working knowledge of bank operations. ·Advanced PC and software skills, including MS Office and e-mail. ·PowerPoint skills a plus. ·Demonstrated ability to successfully perform in an environment where there is access to confidential information. ·Effective communication skills to interact with various levels or staff/management. Required Experience Education: ·High school diploma or equivalent Experience: ·3 years progressively responsible administrative assistant experience ·3 years bank experience, preferably in a commercial environment ·Sales background or experience helpful AMCORE Bank values a diverse workforce.
