Discover how you can be a part of what's next. Provide assistance in gathering and analyzing all supporting information necessary to document construction and commercial term real estate loans. Responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with lenders, borrowers, title insurers, surveyors, legal counsel, contractors and all other parties that may be involved in the documentation process. Independently provide construction and commercial term real estate documentation services and transactions. Provide assistance to less experienced administrators in review and interpretation of loan information and documentation. Provide assistance in drafting language to go into documents for legal review. Responsible for working independently.
