My client is a $1.5B bank located in the Milwaukee, WI market going thru a time of growth.  They are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lender for their Milwaukee area location. My client is not looking for the big hitter on the block, they are looking for someone who is great at forging relationships.  There is no limit to the market, the sky is the only limit. 

 I have listed some key highlight of the desired candidate below.

If you posses:

* Relationships with Developers and Investors in Milwaukee and surrounding area

* Currently writing large commercial deals

* In market relationships and contacts

* Credit trained and knowledge of financials to write a deal

Job Purpose:

Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation.

Duties:

* Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.

* Improves loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements.

* Rejects loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants.

* Approves loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee.

* Completes loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarizations; collecting fees

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
