Commercial Manager (Mkt and Sales)

General description:

Leads the Marketing and Sales function. Develops marketing and sales strategy to increase market share and  profitability. Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics. Handles sales and negotiation; appoints agents and distributors and works with them. Also responsible for developing new business, either by introducing new products or by entering new markets.

Responsibilities:

* Handling of promotional items in USA

* Business of 5-6 million dollars (annual)

* Purchasing relationship with Mexico

 Requirements

Experience in:

+ License management (processing, granting, monitoring)

+ Product placement on the market

+ Search for new clients, sales work and customer service

+ Management of staff for administration of promotional business

Education:

Marketing o Business Administration Degree

MBA desirable

Languages:

Spanish (80% conversation)
