Job Description:

A Bloomington Illinois Commercial General Contractor that prides itself in building high quality commercial buildings is looking for an Estimator to join the team and add expertise and knowledge. Qualified candidates will be responsible for selecting subcontractors, preparing bid packages and negotiating contracts. Further responsibilities include: developing and nurturing subcontractor/vendor relationships; scheduling, solicitation and analyzing of subcontractor and vendor bids; and effective communication with design team regarding plans and specifications.
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in Construction/Estimating
- B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven track record in multi-discipline estimating skills
- Ability to conceptually budget, meet deadlines, and handle various projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Timberline and/or Prolog

Compensation:
$ 45,000 to 90,000 per year, DOE.  Excellent Benefits and Bonus Structure! 401K, gas card, auto allowance, great health benefits (medical, dental, vision, prescription) and life insurance.
