Health Care Giant is currently seeking a Government (Federal and State government) Pharmaceutical Attorney to provide day-to-day legal support to company and operating company clients for commercial agreements.

Responsibilities:Review and approve all Government contract offers (including any required due diligence binders and commercial sales practices disclosures), notices of price reduction, representations regarding commercial pricing practices, and responses to audit requests; FSS contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Corporate Exigency Contracts, DoD Distribution and Pricing Agreements, and responses to other formal Government solicitationsAdvise Government and commercial teams on impact of department and Operating Company commercial pricing and marketing programs on government pricing and government contractsIdentify Health Care Compliance (HCC, fraud and abuse) issues to Government teamReview and approve Medicaid Supplemental agreements and other State and Local Government agreementsParticipate in Government Contract and Pricing business and compliance projects related to: Maintenance of Guidance Documents, Requirements for Government Pricing System, Health Care Compliance issues and requests relating to Government personnel or facilities, Health Care Compliance issues impacting Government pricing calculations, selling and marketing proposals involving governmental entities or personnel, and payments to government-affiliated entities

Qualifications:Client seeks strong contracts drafting and negotiating experience, particularly experience with healthcare and government contracts. Familiar with safe harbor; false claims; healthcare systems i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, more. (3958B~)
