High profile position reporting to City President as bank's senior Commercial Relationship Manager in this vibrant community on Florida's "Emerald" Gulf Coast.  Join one of the top performing commercial teams in the country for this outstanding bank.

 

Excellent opportunity for well experienced Commercial Lender to make immediate valuable impact, with commensurate rewards.  You'll have the opportunity to do the following:

Enjoy high market visibility, representing the bank in conducting active prospect and customer business development activities designed to generate desirable new loan, deposit and related business. Opportunity for substantial new business development, and building upon existing commercial client relationships in local market. Focus will be lending to Commercial Middle Market clients and prospects (typical loan size $500,000-$5,000,000), as well as attracting deposits and cross-selling related fee-based service business such as treasury management and wealth management services. Opportunity to engage in Owner-Occupied Commercial Real Estate as well as certain Investment Property financing within client and prospect bases. Identify and cross-sell a wide range of corporate and commercial banking services, armed with an array of highly competitive product offerings.

You must possess these minimum background requirements:

Successful candidate will bring a well-developed technical skill set to underwrite, negotiate, structure, and document loan transactions consistent with bank policies. Successful candidate will have demonstrated a well developed sales skill set, able to identify, pursue and close on new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Successful candidate will thrive in working in a positive, team-oriented environment, contributing to the ongoing success of the organization. Minimum of 5 years progressive relevant commercial lending and banking experience. BS, BA or BBA Degree required. Credit Underwriting and Sales training in sophisticated bank operating environment. Strong business development, credit risk assessment and transaction structuring skills. Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multi-dimensional thinking skills.
