Southland Restaurant Services, LLC,  is a full service commercial maintenance and repair company possesing a Florida State Certified Mechanical License. Our company specializes in performing  HVAC, Refrigeration, Commercial Cooking Equipment, Electrical, plumbing and general maintenance repairs for commercial customers throughout Florida. We are locally owned and continuously growing our client base. We are currently hiring for the Orlando area and surrounding counties as well as all of Central Florida. The duties of this position are as follows:

* Troubleshoot and repair commercial cooking equipment including gas, electric or steam restaurant equipment

* Troubleshoot and repair motors, AC Units, Refrigeration equipment, Ice machines, power panels, and electrical components;
* Perform Preventive Maintenance on HVAC units, refrigeration equipment and ice machines;
* Perform filter changes on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment;
* Perform general repairs or replacements to HVAC systems;

* Make recommendations for repairs and upgrades;

* To work with little or no direct supervision with accuracy;
* To work on any repair or project as needed, either independantly or as a team member;
* To work with a variety of hand tools, measuring devices, power tools, and service trade tools;
* To be able to keep a clean and professional work area;
* To be able to work professionally;
* To be able to work with pride in every job;
* To be able to work overtime and on-call as needed;
* To be able to keep track of and turn in all needed paperwork in a timely and professional manner;

In addition to the above we will give special consideration to applicants that can:

* Perform general electrical repairs, including system diagnosis, build and ballast replacement, installation of lighting fixtures, and panel repairs;
* Perform basic plumbing work, including leak diagnosis, the repair of replacement of faucet, valves, traps, fixtures, toilets, or urinal, and drain cleaning;

* Perform general construction service work to commercial sites, including drywall repair, concrete repair, and general carpentry or services needed to complete service requests of customers;

Experience in all trades and ability to complete all requirements are a plus, but the applicant need not be an expert in each area. Training and support in each is provided.
