Metcalf & Eddy, the environmental flagship of AECOM Technology Corporation, provides a full range of services for water resource management; water and wastewater system planning, design, and construction; wet weather controls; and hazardous waste remediation. Our Columbus, Ohio office is currently seeking the following:
 

Project Engineer I/II - Wet Weather 

This qualified candidate will be responsible for taking a leading role in the design and engineering analysis of stormwater and water resources projects.  Project types include:

Sustainable watershed management Stormwater best management practice (BMP) and low impact development (LID) pilot studies and design Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling Stormwater and wastewater masterplanning Water reuse studies Water supply planning and design

Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, oversight and direction of junior staff and assistance with project management duties.   

Qualifications 5+ years experience and a B.S. (M.S. preferred) in civil or environmental engineering. A Ohio P.E. or ability to obtain reciprocity is highly preferred. Candidate must have directly related design experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams
