As a Collection Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers whose accounts are 60 - 300 days past due to negotiate appropriate resolutions and secure payment. Send correspondence and provide customer account and policy information in accordance with company policy and procedures. Representatives are responsible recognizing high-risk accounts by developing a knowledge base and soliciting collection remedies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Have customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment • Individuals with front-end collections experience preferred • Capable of producing detailed, comprehensive documentation • Strong communication skills; effective interpersonal and influencing skills; proven analytical/ problem solving abilities • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals • High degree of quality orientation • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-volume environment; strong sense of urgency with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently • Team-oriented, have solid technical ability and be able to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle customer information with tact and discretion • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn product offering and develop a strong knowledge base for appropriate business practices See Job Description Benefits:
