Now with over 220,000 members and over $3.8 billion in assets, we have become an industry leader in convenience and innovation.  Patelco delivers service through its 38 branches and a nationwide network of ATMs and shared branches.  We are currently searching for a Database Marketing Analyst to be based out of our downtown San Francisco office.

 

 

Key Duties/Overview

 

-         Establish and utilize campaign design best practices and serve as campaign management power user for team, developing testing framework, reporting and analytics for marketing efforts.

-         Utilizing marketing analytics, partner with business expert and marketing team to identify appropriate market segments for direct marketing initiatives.

-         Manage the evaluation and procurement of campaign management software, and CRM related tools.

-         Use SAS SQL and other tools to perform database modeling to support marketing campaigns, improve response, and manage contact frequency with members.

-         Analyze and evaluate member segments for marketing opportunities based on an understanding of member profitability and product ownership.

-         Manage relationship with, and evaluate effectiveness of, outsourced MCIF vendor relationship versus use of internal data sources to support ongoing marketing initiatives and reporting requirements.

-         Participate in Strategic Planning through the identification of opportunities to increase market share via the use of data and analytics.

-         Partner with Marketing Management to brainstorm and execute on new initiatives, strategy changes and/or process enhancements that improve cost effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

-         Identify and recommend life-cycle marketing strategies based on MCIF/data warehouse analysis

-         Special Projects as required

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field is preferred Familiarity with, and interest in, Marketing, Business Analytics Computer skills: SQL, SAS, Excel, Access, and MCIF systems 2 years of directly related experience is required Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical business partners Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong Project Management Skills Ability to function independently and across a cross-functional group.
