Job Description: Prestigious New York-based Property Management company is seeking a dynamic collections paralegal associate with experience in a REAL ESTATE (Rentals) environment. COLLECTIONS experience is essential. This individual should have a high level of commitment and possess a sense of ownership over their work. You will be collecting rent payment commitments from commercial and residential tenants for this stable, high-profile company so similar real estate collections experience is a MUST. Ability to interact with in-house counsel and a full understanding of the legal process in rent collections needed. Salary will range from $62,000 to $70,000 per year. Fully-paid medical benefits!
