Position description includes but not limited to:
-Responsible for collection efforts for Multi-state operations center
-Working with customer service & outside sales force on collection issues
-Provide supporting documentation to Customers & Sales Team on collection issues.
-Provide back-up customer service support to Inside Operations Team members.
Requirements:
-Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Word
-Excellent Problem resolution skills
-Follow through and attention to details
-Strong analytical and communications skills
-Ability to work well with Cross-Functional Teams
-Demonstrated success in working in a high performance work environment
40 hour work week
