National Aviation's core competencies include engineering design of mechanical and fluid flow components, Assembly, test, and calibration of high pressure valves, rapid prototype machining, and JIT logistics support.

Help National Aviation be a leader in the Aerospace industry by acting as the CNC Operator/Machinist who produces machined parts; plans machining; plans stock inventory; programs mills and lathes; sets-up mills and lathes; loads feed mechanism; verifies settings; maintains specifications; maintains safe operations; maintains equipment; maintains continuity among work shifts; documents actions; updates job knowledge; accomplishes organization goals.

Qualifications

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Skilled at analyzing complex functions, procedures, and problems to find creative, logical, and effective solutions.

Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve capacity, productivity, and cost. Committed to continuous improvement.

Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.

Strong understanding of tooling equipment, tooling processes, and industrial trends.

Successfully coordinates communications, meetings, and activities among multiple remote groups or organizations.

Experience with medium- to high-volume shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Knows how to use manufacturing equipment controls and instrumentation.

Knowledge of Continuous Flow Manufacturing. Experience handling material-oriented production and purchasing problems.

Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
