We are looking for a 2nd Shift CNC Maintenance Technician to join our Team! The ideal candidate will have experience as a CNC technician responsible for the repair of all manufacturing,    assembly and test equipment. Must be able to trouble shoot CNC equipment and Servo Systems down to the component level using MDI functions, Ladder Diagrams and Electronic test equipment. Must have PLC experience and be able to access programs, modify, and trouble shoot to the component level. Must be able to diagnose and repair Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic system malfunctions.

                                    Associates degree (A.S.) in Electronics or equivalent from a two-year College or technical

                                    school and three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and

                                    experience. 

                   ** Formal training in automated industrial systems, industrial electronics,

                                                     hydraulics and pneumatics is required. **

                                       Tyco offers a fflexible work week, hours may vary. The hours for the 2nd shift candidate are 2pm-10pm, Monday- Friday, with overtime.  There is also a shift differential for 2nd shift. Extended hours and/or overtime may be required based on workload. General work area is in a manufacturing plant environment .The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, and various electrical components and may come in contact with petroleum-based lubricants.  Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes and airborne particles may occur.
