Located in central Texas, about 95 miles north of Houston, 169 miles south of Dallas, and 104 miles east of Austin.  Bryan/College Station has a total population of approximately 200,000 people including the 40K + students from Texas A&M University.  . 

This facility is presently licensed for 150 beds and is a full-service hospital offering Robotic Surgery,Cardiac Care, Neonatal Services, etc. 

Facility will go from a 6 bed NICU to a 15 bed NICU, 6 bed LDR to 10 bed LDR, 12 bed Well-baby Nursery to 23 beds. 

Position Description: 

            The Director of Children’s Services should be a nurse who has a background in Level III Neonatology.  This person will supervise the NICU, Nursery and Pediatrics Staff (approximately 30 FTEs).  Candidates should be clinically strong have at least a year of Director experience, preferably 3-5 years.  This service line is growing very rapidly and an expansion project has been approved by our corporation to essentially double their capacity for Women’s and Nursery Services. 

Position Requirement:

Posses at least a BSN (preferably with a Certification) or a master’s degree.
