SUMMARY OF DUTIES
•Provide in-service customer support and problem solving to specified targeted accounts
•Provide educational programs to customer base; acute or extended care
•Provide Regional community-based educational programs.
•Provide product support on full range of advanced wound management products across all customer segments-long term care, acute care, home health care and physician practices.
•Validate and support product utilization within client organization.
•Intensify customer relationships through face-to-face contact in order to uncover customer needs and identify resources.
•Advise on specific product utilization to increase Smith and Nephew coverage.
•Develop and maintain long-term point of service relationships.
•Implement clinical marketing programs as directed by the Regional Vice President.
•Support tradeshow and conferences within region.
•Liaise with Regional Contract Managers to develop support programs for LTC and AC contracts.
•Use professional and clinical skills to solve customer problems and enhance appropriate product and service usage.
•Facilitates educational opportunities that focus on product capabilities, procedures and protocol.
•Prioritize response to expressed requests for support based on account potential and divisional and regional goals.
•Uncover sales opportunities and issues and communicate with appropriate Account Managers and Advanced Technology Managers.
•Proactive approach to avoid and reduce customer complaints or concerns.
•Provide customer support and field sales support on clinical issues
Required SkillsCollege degree: BA, BS preferred, Certification recommended (CWOCN, CWS) with 1 to 3 years experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Clinical background; nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy.
Experienced with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
Use audio visual equipment.
