Responsibilities:

Clinical Nurse Specialist practice means the provision of patient care in a particular specialty or subspecialty, including 1) diagnosing illness and disease 2) providing non-pharmacological treatment, including psychotherapy 3) promoting wellness 4) preventing illness and disease

Qualifications:

Current MN RN license

Master’s degree in nursing

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Certification as a CNS required

Experience in specialty area preferred
