Under the supervision of the Director of the Care Center, leads, organizes integrates and evaluates activities in the Care Center in order to ensure high quality patient care. Manages and coordinates the daily operation of the Care Center in the facility. Ensures knowledge and adherence to policies and procedures, and recommends changes as necessary. Assists in the development and implementation of new programs.

The selected candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in nursing and have three years management experience (preferred). The position will be in charge of clinical operations for a 16-bed unit in the hospital. Must be a licensed RN in the State of Illinois (or eligible).
