Position Info

The Peri-Operative Clinical Education Specialist functions in a nursing leadership role to design, manage and evaluate staff development, continuing education programs, and staff competencies. This position provides educational expertise to support organizational initiatives and enhance the ability of staff to provide professional and excellent clinical care to children and families. The CES will advance knowledge as an organizational imperative. The CES provides clinical leadership to the divisions in partnership with the Clinical Directors.

Qualifications

- B.S. or B.A. in Nursing

- Masters in Nursing Education or a related field REQUIRED,

- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Minnesota

- 3 to 5 years experience in Peri-Operative Nursing.
