Clinical Documentation Specialist

The Clinical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the evaluation of the completeness of clinical documentation in the medical record. The Clinical documentation specialist will interface with the physician to discuss the patient status and whether the patient's status is accurately reflected in the documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

ü Current Idaho RN license required with BSN preferred.

ü Three to five years experience as a nurse preferred. Experience in utilization management and discharge planning preferred.

ü Excellent communication skills.

Schedule/Shift: Full-time, Exempt, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00
