The
Clinical Data Manager II serves as Lead Data Manager. The overall responsibility of the Clinical Data Manager II is to coordinate the data management team and to ensure the quality of data such that internal standards and client expectations are satisfied in terms of quality and timeliness.
Additional responsibilities:
• lead projects for key clients, large, or complex studies.
• train and mentor other data management personnel, and improving processes.
• liaison between the data management, project management, the clinical sites, programming, and clients.

Qualifications:
•MS or BS in Computer Science, Biology, Nursing, Chemistry or related field.
•3-4 years of clinical research experience in clinical data review.
• Additional experience may be substituted for education requirements.
• Experience with relational databases or data management systems.
• Experience with SAS helpful.
• Knowledge/experience with Oracle Clinical database.
• Knowledge/experience with drug development.
• Knowledge/experience preparing accurate study databases.
