As a Clinical Account Executive with Gentiva, you will:

•Call on physicians, hospital or skilled nursing facilities/management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote the sale of designated service lines.

•Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market or territory sales plan. Maintain target lists and territory management systems records.

•Prepare annual territory business plans for the Manager’s review or approval. Implement business plans, prepare quarterly updates, and manage sales time or resources according to plan.

•Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal/contract pricing.

•Meet with market and branch management and staff to discuss sales activities, pricing, potential problems, new opportunities, etc.

•Act as a liaison between clients and Company staff to resolve problems, provide information on products and services, and maintain positive relations.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent

•RN licensure plus a minimum of three years clinical experience

•Industry sales experience

•Strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques

•Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communications skills

•General knowledge of sales techniques and a basic knowledge of physician, hospital, or skilled nursing facility, case management, and discharge planning service needs

•Computer literacy

•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communications, and presentation skills

•Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required
