  Clinic Manager, Rockford/Freeport Community Based Outpatient Clinics, Illinois    Job Details   Company: Veterans Affairs     Job ID: 1270307     Location: Janesville, Madison, WI    Job Description   We are currently accepting applications for a full-time RN Clinic Manager for our Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Rockford, IL. This position is full-time on the day shift, Monday-Friday. The incumbent will be responsible for day to day operation of this clinic and the Freeport clinic, and will report to the Ambulatory Care Service Line at the Madison VA hospital. This person will assume management of patient care to include supervision of nursing and interdisciplinary staff. Periodic travel to the Freeport Clinic and to the Madison VA hospital will be required. Our outpatient clinics use an interdisciplinary team approach to provide primary care. This collaborative approach is used in meeting patient needs. Qualified applicants will have demonstrated the ability to work effectively with others and to use sound judgment. BSN and 5 years clinical experience required; Masters degree and management experience preferred.       Salary Range:     Salary Notes: Position offers full benefit package including health and life insurance, 401K, 5 weeks of vacation, sick leave, 10 paid holidays, free parking and more.
