Extrapolate strategies for marketing properties and expanding business.
Produce electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease of properties.
Assess team and client needs to determine appropriate methodology for presentation materials.
Support sales team members in the implementation of business marketing strategies.
Manage and update marketing infrastructure.
Determine data requirements and provide direction to appropriate team(s).
Conceptualize the design of flyers, brochures and proposals for the purpose of closing sales.
Develop and catalog business intelligence for assigned sales team.
Source investment properties and brokerage investors by researching databases.
Audit and manage the update and maintenance of office transactions.
Analyze competitive and industry information; make necessary recommendations.
Conduct property tours for clients.
Regularly interface with clients and resolve challenging issues.
Respond to pricing and/or non-routine inquiries.
Meet stringent deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Qualifications: Demonstrate creativity. Actively participate in client meetings. And present information in compelling and dynamic ways. To advance your future in commercial real estate, you should also possess:
BA/BS
5 years of experience in marketing, sales or communication
3 years of industry experience; CBRE experience preferred
Current real estate sales license
Excellent organizational, customer service and public relations capabilities
Advanced MS Office Suite and Project Management software skills
