Responsible for the daily activities of Treasury Management Client Service Reps. Administers, coordinates and directs workflow in accordance to operating policies, procedures, practices and regulatory requirements. Works with internal and external banking departments to ensure seamless delivery of treasury management services to clients. Works with TM Sales Officers and department manager to improve, enhance, and streamline processes. Provides continuous training to TM Client Service Reps on all products and services. Working with department manager hires, terminates, conducts performance reviews and counseling. Client Service Supervisor, X21 - Typically requires a college degree with 4+ years working experience. Advanced knowledge of, and capability to do the work of the group. Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards. Ability to lead a group . Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
