Currently, we are interested in speaking with Service and Account Management people all throughout California.
In our constant recruiting effort, we are looking for people with proven abilities and demonstrated successes in service and retention of group insurance programs accounts. People in these roles serve as primary representatives in insurance related activities. They work within assigned territories all throughout the state. Many of the people in these positions have extensive field responsibilities. Nothing beats the personal touch and we make sure to get our folks out into the field whenever necessary. Retaining business and the increase of revenue are key responsibilities of everyone involved in our Service Team.
The responsibilities are many in roles such as these. One thing holds true – Service is a skill that we are seeking, what follows are but a few of the tasks that may be required of someone in this position:
The preparation of literature, booklets and procedures. The installation of new cases. Proofing master contracts and amendments. Account Management to include strategic planning. Resolving routine and complex claim problems. Implementing new and routine administrative procedures as required. Making field visits according to priorities established within assigned territory. Educating, training and following-up with client. Interfacing with client/carrier in resolution of billing, premium, and eligibility issues. Coordinating annual open enrollments and conduct employee orientation meetings as required.

In these roles, we generally seek people with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of group insurance experience, including any combination of the following: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance programs. Service staff must be effective communicators, both orally and in written form.
