Our Client Services team seeks a superior communicator to serve as the primary point of contact and facilitator between key clients and all operational areas inside AIM.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to our national customer base of insurers and managed care organizations by securing first-line response and follow-up activities at all levels of the organization. Manage, administer and facilitate the activities of an internal cross-functional client performance team in direct support of assigned clients, as well as Regional Account Executive initiatives related to those clients. Schedule and facilitate internal meetings in support of assigned clients, including preparation and follow-up. Track and manage resulting actions, follow-up, accountabilities. Work directly with Regional Account Executive to prioritize and develop performance plans and initiatives in support of assigned clients. Prepare and present periodic reports to various levels of management on assigned accounts. Compose and prepare correspondence and other written materials, including letters, memos, and meeting agendas/notes. Effectively deal with issues of confidentiality.Founded in 1989, AIM is the oldest and largest company of its kind. Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business and/or Health Care, or equivalent experience.

Minimum five years experience in an account service coordination or management role.

Superior communication and task management skills.

Familiarity and experience with contract documents and language.

Extensive experience working with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
