Description: Responsibilities:
* Develop the overall account strategic plan for designated Global accounts that incorporates action plans for revenue growth and allocation of required resources.
* Develop and execute the long term client relationships at the C-level for Global accounts. Act as trusted advisor to senior executives within account.
* Ensure and have responsibility for the revenue growth and profitability of Global accounts
* Drive the process and be accountable, along with the solutions team, for achieving sales quota targets for each Global account.
* Manage the quality of highly creative and customized solutions by integrating matrixed offerings from Research, Consulting, Measurement, Community and News.
* Work with the delivery team to ensure complete customer satisfaction relative to any on-going client issues during implementation.
* Analyze and keep abreast of significant market changes (trends, issues, M&A activity, corporate developments) that would be valuable information to the client. Perform secondary research on the clients industry as part of overall value delivery to the client
* Develop and deploy communications to field Account Executives advising them of changes in account strategy and any relevant team dynamics Qualifications: Experience/Education:
* Substantial industry knowledge (minimum 10 yrs experience) related to assigned Global accounts through either working directly in the industry or through being in a role similar to GAM in another service company
* Strong understanding of both key technology and business issues that are relevant to client and their industry.
* Proven experience in a consultative sales capacity that results in carrying a quota and proposing complex customized solutions
* Demonstrated experience in having been successful at working at the C-level within designated industry
* Ability to exert strong leadership skills to deal with senior client executives as well as rally the individual business lines to develop the customized solution.
* Minimum of Bachelors degree preferably in business or related subject
