Candidates will be required to develop extensive product knowledge of the technology platform to assist team members with client-related matters or presentations to prospective clients, as well as directly train users in a group or individual setting on the platform. In this role, the Associate will:
Consult on detailed financial models for clients and prospective clients and be confident presenting product features to users in group or individual setting.Develop relationships with existing and prospective users of Capital IQ. Support business growth within existing client relationships through additional sales and/or new product offerings.Serve as a day-to-day contact for specific client accounts. Liaise with the financial and technology teams to understand data collection methodologies and new product functionality. Generate product application ideas for clients/prospects to help drive revenue growth.Track and follow-up on data issues on behalf of clients. Deliver client feedback to product development for product enhancements.
What experience is required?
Our client prefers candidates with experience in the investment management, investment banking or financial consulting fields. These professionals will find that our client provides a challenging and flexible environment, which values self-motivation and team collaboration.

Specific Requirements:
· Bachelors degree required
· At least 2 years of direct experience working with the financial markets (an investment banking analyst program is preferred)
· Strong Excel skills
