The NTI Group, Inc. (NTI), the leader in the development of communication solutions, is currently seeking a Client Care Manager to be based on the East Coast, Southern NH area.
An NTI Client Care Manager is a generalist who supports an NTI Account Director as they manage their book of business. A Client Care Manager is a multi-tasker who provides support in the areas of client set-up, launch, aftercare and assessment. A consummate supporter, an Manager is versatile, flexible and is eager to learn/master the system of NTI Account Management. Must bring a consultative approach, with a 'whatever it takes' attitude to servicing a client.
As a member of the NTI Client Care team, your responsibilities would include:Support Account Director on the execution of the NTI Client Care process and workflowSet-up - Helps package Welcome Pack and supports in technical integration Training - Is comfortable conducting a training class with up to 50 in attendance Launch - Supports in User Orientation and launch of NTI intro message Aftercare & Assessment - Responds to inquiries; supports in analyzing NTI usage Renewals / Re-Sales - Supports in the renewal process and new feature roll-out Provide insight to NTI Technology Team on NTI client needs/wants Logs all activity in NTI tracker in order to centralize reporting on Client Care services Miscellaneous support to Client Care team and Support Services as needed Front line support for calls and e-mails from clients
Essential Skills:
Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level Strong customer orientation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences Ability to provide and support a vision and direction Computer proficiency Negotiation skills
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of customer service or account management experience Must possess excellent organizational, time management, and analytic skills Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel Outstanding written and oral communications skills Must be willing to travel when necessaryBachelors degree
