POSITION SUMMARY:


We are currently seeking a Client Business Support Analyst to support the Client Business Analyst’s by assisting with the assigned client tasks.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Ensuring that each client’s initially chosen rule set has been implemented accurately based on the client’s decision.

o        Assist assigned CBA with the research on reports.

o        Provide support to the CBA in the organization so that the Client Team can determine what rules need to be presented to clients based on client specific rule configuration consideration.

·         Provides on-going client support:

o        Ensuring the accuracy of rule configuration.

o        Providing general client support for claim adjudication questions.

o        Documenting upkeep related to the client’s rule set.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         Professional coder certification (CPC or CCS-P) or previous billing experience with medical coding knowledge.

·         Prior experience in billing, medical terminology, coding and claims adjudication.

·          Minimum two years experience in medical payment policy, claims adjudication or utilization review working for a managed care or health care insurance company.

·         Excellent communication skills, proactive learning ability, projection of confidence, track record of getting things done through others. High standards with extreme attention to detail, and facilitation skills to ensure clear decisions. Works well under pressure and has strong conflict resolution skills.
