NATURE OF WORK

NATURE OF WORK

NATURE OF WORK

JOB TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 2. Assists with design and specification development. Reviews contract documents. Observes work in progress and reports findings. Participates in the inspection of work performed for Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). Estimates labor, materials and time requirements.
3. Assists in technical reviews of Architectural and Engineering drawings, plans, and specifications, submitted by Project Architects and Design Services Architects. Enforces quality of workmanship in accordance with M-DCPS standards and criteria.
4. Recommends and reviews preventative maintenance programs, procedures and schedules. Upon request, or as directed, assists trades personnel in planning, estimating, laying out and trouble shooting complex and unfamiliar projects to the extent allowable by Florida Law.
