We are seeking California licensed lost time Claim Administrators. The Claims Administrator is a challenging position and will work in a team that is involved in supporting our TPA clients. Responsibilities include completing liability determinations, managing initial lost time claims, reserving, and coordinating complex litigation strategies. There is considerable contact with client employers, injured workers and nurse case managers. This position will be located in California and is a potential work from home position.

We seek candidates with high interpersonal skills, flexibility, customer focus and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent work experience, a minimum of 5 years workers' compensation claims experience in California, experience within the TPA/self-insured environment, and knowledge of legal, medical and insurance terminology. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills are also essential for this position.
