We are seeking an experienced Civil / Geotechnical Engineer/EIT.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with or assume responsibility for geotechnical analysis and report preparation. Assist in or assume responsibility for the completion of geotechnical analysis for foundations, retaining walls, slopes, and other structures Perform routine engineering work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks On-site field work will be required. Assure the quality of project deliverables Continually assess and revise the manner in which assignments are accomplished to meet and/or exceed standards, improving productivity and quality and meeting or exceeding the needs of internal and external clients

Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and at 2-5 years of geotechnical specific work experience. This position requires an E.I.T. or F.E.  Candidates must have fundamental knowledge of: soil mechanics, geotechnical scopes, creation of boring, drilling, and sampling plans, foundation systems, exploration boring inspection, slope stability analysis and seepage studies. Candidates must possess strong communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with PENNDOT procedures is a plus but not required.
