Job Purpose:

Support civil design in preparation of construction documents for land development purposes including site planning, grading and stormwater, utility, and related details and designs.  Should be familiar with Land Development Civil Engineering and willing to take on tasks and successfully accomplish with guidance and direction.

 

Requirements:

We are seeking Civil Engineers with proven Project Management experience, experience which involves team leadership and financial management.Insure client satisfaction as well as plan for and deliver solid project financial performance.Experience with Project Management systems is required and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Individuals with a passion for relationship building and client service.Required PE registration in Florida or the ability to obtain this within three months of hire. Ideal candidates should have 10 years of experience with at least 3 of these in Project Management.Be able to prepare civil designs using existing company design tools and various local codes. Be diligent in maintaining and updating paper and electronic files for the project. Be able to communicate design or plan questions or explain design or plan solutions clearly. Be able to prepare sketch details based on design requirements to aide in communications. Maintain technical or professional involvement by attending relative workshops, reviewing publications, and technical or professional societies. Team player, contributing to accomplish various tasks and be result oriented.

Additional Skills/Qualifications:

Familiarity with AutoCad and LDD, Understanding of Civil Engineering Design Concepts.
