An engineering consulting firm is actively seeking a Civil Engineer to work in their office located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this temp to perm opportunity, candidates will work with telecommunications providers on their infrastructure needs by using AutoCad to design/modify new and existing sites. Candidates will spend some time managing sub contractors and traveling to sites to gather information. In order to be considered, you must have a BS Civil Engineering Degree with no more than 2 years work experience. Applicants must have completed courses with hydraulics, hydrology, survey, soils, geotechnical, and other basic civil engineering classes. Ideal candidates will have taken the FE or EIT exam and be local to the Indianapolis area. Land Desktop experience is a plus! This is a great work environment and excellent opportunity for early career individuals. Questions you will be asked:
• Describe your educational background. Be sure to include all degrees held and certificates earned.
• Tell us about any coursework completed with hydraulics, hydrology, survey, soils, or geotechnical.
• Detail all AutoCad experience. Be sure to include how you used the software and the industry type.
