SR. PROJECT MANAGER - WATER/WASTEWATER Seeking a highly motivated individual with a water/wastewater engineering consulting background to serve as a Senior Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater Team. Duties require strong leadership skills to manage the project team and the ability to develop, maintain, build and nurture clients in a client-oriented culture. Prior management experience associated with client relations, business development support and staff development a plus. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and project management skills and be able to effectively communicate with internal staff and our clients at all levels of municipal government. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years progressive experience and have minimum of a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer in Tennessee or ability to obtain within six months required. Experience with AutoCAD 2007 – Civil 3D is preferred. ------------------------------------------------ SURVEY TECHNICIAN Entry level position on a survey crew assisting the crew in gathering of information for engineering design and boundary determination. Responsible for the operation of basic tools including rod, measuring tapes and prisms. Some travel may be required but will generally be limited to the East TN area. -------------------------------------------------- CONSTRUCTION FIELD REPRESENTATIVE The primary duties of this position are to provide construction observation for our projects. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction observation and inspection and/or construction of water and wastewater facilities pump station construction, and general site construction activities. Experience with water and wastewater treatment plant construction is a plus. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and have the ability to interact with contractors, clients and engineers.
