We need you in our Arizona market to support our business growth in the Water and Wastewater market. If chosen for this opportunity you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of projects with municipal clients. You will engage the client to ensure we understand their needs and deliver on those needs. You will participate in the design process and have access to design teams that include experts in all needed disciplines. You will be challenged to grow your business with your clients and sell services to new clients with the support and partnership of our sales team.

We are seeking Engineers with proven Project Management and Selling experience and with an interest in maintaining some involvement in the Design process. Experience must include project team leadership as well as responsibility for project profitability. Experience with Project Management systems is required and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Self confidence and a competitive spirit will be critical success factors for this position since selling Tetra Tech services will be an important component of the position. Individuals with a passion for relationship building and client service will thrive in this role. We require PE registration in AZ or the ability to obtain this within three months of hire. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of design experience, 4+ years of Project Management experience and a current working knowledge of the Phoenix municipal water and wastewater market.
