Battelle's National Security Division is seeking a Civil Engineer for a full time position with experience in pavements group in developing solutions for airfield maintenance, assessment, design and construction to work within the Air Force Research laboratory at Tyndall AFB, Panama City, Florida. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. A full benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, pension plan, and tuition reimbursement will be provided. Relocation support is not available.

The selected candidate will work on Tyndall AFB in Panama City, Florida. Primary job responsibilities will include:

- Responsibility for design, development and operations concerning solutions for airfield maintenance, assessment, design and construction.
- Responsible for technology development; technologies integration; risk management analysis and manage appropriated risk mitigation teams; and technical reviews.
- Will work program master plans, Risk management plans, cost estimates and other documentation.

Additionally, the selected candidate will be expected to travel within the United States.

Candidate resumes must demonstrate the following minimum requirements in order to be forwarded for consideration:

- Bachelor degree in civil engineering, or other engineering field.
- Five years engineering experience and has been an Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead or sub-IPT lead.

Have a current government Secret Security Clearance or be able to obtain one.

Desirable qualification: Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
