W.E. Quicksall and Associates, Inc., a civil engineering firm in New Philadelphia, Ohio, seeks an entry level civil engineer with 0 to 3 years of experience in the design of water distribution and treatment systems and wastewater collection and treatment systems.  AutoCAD experience a plus.  Selected candidate will work under the direction of a project manager.
