Perform Break/Fix duties as they relate to the Citrix and possibly the workstation environment. Monitor server systems. Ensure timely problem resolution. Monitor use of shared systems for capacity and utilization. Ensure the provision of data integrity and access to customers. Maintain and utilize server management applications to identify server faults. This is an "on-call" position and this person will be part of a rotation.

This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.

Required:

Microsoft Windows 2000 Server (3 years) Citrix Metaframe (2 years)

Desired:

Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (1 year) SQL (1 year) Group Policy Administration (2 years) Application Packaging & Installation (1 year) Citrix Web Interface/NFuse (1 year) Citrix Secure Gateway (1 year) VB Scripting (1 year)
