We have an immediate opening for a Cisco IP Telephony Specialist in Dallas, TX.   This is initially a 6 Month contract-to-hire position.   

***We are looking for local candidates.  Non-local candidates will be considered, but must be prepared to cover interview and relocation costs.***

Job Responsibilities:

·        2-3 years of IP telephony experience

·        Strong experience with Cisco CallManager (Unified Communication Manager), Cisco Unity system is a plus

·        Experience in network (IP and Telco), data, access, performance, scalability, security, reliability and fault tolerance

·        Systems using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) units, Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), and Computer Telephony Interface (CTI)
Routing and Switching 

·        Cisco IP Telephony design & implementation (CCVP, CIPT & Unity certification or equivalent) highly desired

·        Experience with other vendors (Avaya, Nortel, NEC) PBXs will be a plus 

·        Ability to travel as needed.  Not expected to travel more than 10%

Required Skills:
Cisco CallManager, Cisco CallManager Express

Desired Skills:

Cisco Unity

Certifications:

CCVP, CQS, CCIE, CCNP would be a plus
