This individual will ideally have 5-10 years of experience within a hospital, 3rd party or OEM environment - servicing a variety of diagnostic imaging equipment. GE and Siemens medical equipment experience preferred; Toshiba, Philips and/or other diagnostic imaging experiences are deemed a bonus!
Your Responsibilities:
.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: - Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to service and maintain DI equipment at the site, accomplished through individual efforts and the efforts of the service team.- Provide multi-modality troubleshooting, repair, installation and preventative maintenance of high-tech Diagnostic Imaging systems including but not limited to X-ray, CardioVascular, CT, MR and Nuc Med; from companies such as GE and / or Siemens, just to name a few. - Completion of administrative reports in a timely, legible and accurate manner. - Schedule preventative maintenance inspections consistent with customer service agreement or request. Identify potential customer dissatisfaction issues. - Apply customer skills and available resources to meet customer needs and expectations. - Assume responsibility and ownership for resolution and customer satisfaction.- May be required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual PPD, immunizations, etc. as dictated by site JCAHO policy.
Your Profile:
The ideal applicant will possess:- Bachelor's degree and five year's experience preferred.- Electronic Technician/Technologist certification with Field experience will be considered. - Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.- High Level customer service skills and focus are preferred. - Must also possess an ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.- Strong IT, networking and DICOM troubleshooting skills are preferred. - Proficiency with PC/Laptop use including MS Windows, MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment
