We have an exceptional opportunity in Iowa for an experienced Chief Nursing Officer within a state of the art facility located in the heart of the Midwest in a family focused community, just a short drive from big city life.  If you are looking to be a part of a team with one of the most well respected facilities in the Midwest, this position is for you. 

 

As the CNO, you will be part of a successful hospital executive team.  You would be responsible for directing and coordinating the nursing services within the hospital, and working closely with the department heads and report directly to the CEO. 

 

The successful candidate will:

Have a commitment to providing compassionate, quality care Ability to be a leader who can inspire and motivate employees Bring positive change to the nursing culture Be an active part of the community, state, and national healthcare organizations

  

Education:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required Master of Health Administration (MHA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not required
