Who we are:
Our medical center has more than 150 beds, JCAHO, acute care facility, located in a scenic city. We are looking to hire a talented Chief Nursing Officer. Note: We will help relocate the right individual for this job.

What you will be doing:
In this job role you will serve as a member of the executive leadership team, the CNO provides leadership which ensures the delivery of high quality, safe patient care. The CNO is also responsible for nursing policies and procedures, strategic planning and regulatory agency monitoring.

What you need to qualify:
• 5+ years nursing management experience, and demonstrated leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
• The ideal candidate will possess MSN or Masters in business or related field
• Experience handling more than 100 or more beds in an acute care facility
• Steady work history that shows your progression up the ladder while retaining a good deal of employer loyalty
