My client is one of the nation's leading operators of general acute care hospitals in non-urban communities. The organization's affiliates own operate or lease hospitals in 28 states, with an aggregate of more than 20,000 licensed beds. In more than 85 percent of the markets served, my client's hospitals are the sole provider of healthcare services.

My client is in need of a superstar CNO for one their facilities in Northern Oklahoma. With 90+ beds, this facility needs a difference-maker who is able to help manage the change necessary to make this facility a shining star. Boasting a vast array of services in a very affordable community, the selected candidate will enjoy a great standard of living for a leading employer in the community. A Masters Degree or equivalent hospital management/CNO experience required. RN licensed or eligible in the State of Oklahoma. For profit experience strongly preferred. Will consider director level candidates in larger hospitals.

They selected candidate must possess good recruitment skills, as well as communication skills with the physicians.  Physicians have a good reputation here, easy to work with.  The CNO will be focusing on reducing contract labor first, for this is the main issue they are currently having.

My client offers aggressive compensation (110-130K with a 30% bonus !!!), world-class benefits, a TREMENDOUS relocation package with all of the bells and whistles and potential sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
