We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chief Nursing Officer within a state of the art facility located in the heart of Western Iowa in a family focused community just a short drive from big city life.  If you are looking to be a part of a team with one of the most well respected facilities in the Midwest, this position is for you. 

 

As the CNO, you would be part of a successful hospital executive team.  You would be responsible for directing and coordinating the nursing services within the hospital and working closely with the department heads and report directly to the CEO. 

 

The successful candidate will:

Be an active part of community, state, and national healthcare organizations

  

Education:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required. Master of Health Administration (MHA) and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not required
